If you’re anywhere near DeBary and haven’t tried Aldo Yo’s Cuban’s Italian Restaurant, you are seriously missing out. The staff is attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell this place is run with heart. Now, the food — wow. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. The Cuban-Italian fusion is unique, and it works beautifully. The ropa vieja lasagna was a standout: tender, slow-cooked beef layered with creamy bechamel and perfectly cooked pasta — comfort food on another level. The garlic Cuban bread and plantain-stuffed ravioli were also incredible. And don’t skip dessert; the flan tiramisu is a brilliant twist on two classics. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything is made fresh. Whether you’re looking for a cozy date night, a family dinner, or just something new and unforgettable, Aldo Yo’s is the place to be. Can’t wait to go back!

The place is an old time quiet Italian place. The food is great. I have probably had 35 different places chicken parm and this is by far the best!

Fabulous!!!! Amazing atmosphere, excellent service, and incredibly fresh and delicious food. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re out for a special occasion or just a great meal, this place delivers on every level. Definitely the best Italian restaurant in the area! Have been twice by myself and I brought my parents once for Mother’s Day and they both loved it too. I would 100% recommend their penna alla vodka w/ prosciutto and the bucatini alla carbonara! The only item I would avoid is the lasagna, which only contains meat sauce, ricotta & grated parmesan. In my mind, either bechamel or mozzarella is required for a lasagna to be great, and they are both conspicuously absent here. Servers were all very friendly and welcoming! Kitchen is a bit slow, but the food is worth the wait!

After eating Italian all over the country including some of the finest restaurants in Italy I have finally found a gem in the town of Debary. It's called Aldo Yos Cucina Italiana. The address is 94 S. Charles Richard Beall Blvd, DeBary, FL 32713 . Phone : 386-742-7279. Aldo is a bonified Italian chef whose cuisine is right at the top of the best food I have ever eaten in my 68 years of dining out. The prices are fair and the portions are large and every meal the wife and I have had there has been simply amazing. I will add a few pictures from what the wife and I had there today. I never write reviews but this is one that I had to take the time to share with our fellow citizens. We live in Victoria Gardens in Deland so it is just a quick ride up to the restaurant. If you are looking for an delicious Italian meal this is your ticket to a delicious experience.

We just went here after hearing so many good things about this restaurant. Let me tell you ... We’ve been in Florida for over 20 years and this is by far the best Italian food we’ve ever had. Food was fantastic and Aldo took his time to come over and talk to us. He treated us like familia.

So good! Worth every penny. This place is true mom&pop italiana vibes. Samantha runs front of house, Aldo is the chef, and they absolutely kill it. You can sometimes hear him singing Italian songs from the booths. We got the veal in the white butter sauce, or parmigiana both were delicious. I wish I took a picture but it got put in front of me and I devoured every bit. So far we’ve been here 3 times and have gotten something different every time, everything is fresh, flavorful, and bountiful. Waddling out to the car now

Authentic, authentic, authentic...that's all I have to say. We went with Italian speaking family and the atmosphere was awesome. Aldo made us feel like family. First time I've had the chef come and sit at the table to explain the menu. Had the short rib stuffed ravioli. Perfect...I can only imagine what the short rib tasted like. We also had the date salad appetizer. There was 6 in our party and we each had something different. All were very pleased. If you're in Debary please support this local you won't be disappointed.
